Services We Offer:

Key Holding - By holding a set of keys, we are always available to respond to any emergency any time 24/7.

Meet and greet - Meeting guests, giving help and advice and a telephone contact number in case they need any assistance. We can combine this with our airport transfer to make their holiday start in the best possible way.

Welcome Packs - We can stock the cupboards with the essential items. We know how important it is to be able to put the kettle on when you first arrive!

Our intention is to make the holiday goes as smoothly as possible, resulting in guests recommending us to friends and family, word of mouth advertising is always the best form of advertising you can get!

Security - A property that is visited regularly has a higher security profile, so you are safe in the knowledge that your property is safe, your recommendation is our next income, so your home is as important to us as it is to you. When we visit your property we check everything is clean and tidy, we turn on or off all the services, we test the equipment, water, electricity, light bulbs etc. to ensure that whoever arrives, the apartment is in perfect condition.

Cleaning - We will clean your property before and after each visit. We replace toilet rolls and laundry, each owner should provide 3 sets of linen and towels, we are more than happy to provide quotes and supply them. All apartments are cleaned and laundered once a week when in use. Additional cleaning and maid service can be arranged at an additional cost.

If you have purchased your property through us we will help and advise you regarding all the above, if your property is already furnished we will inspect the property and advise what if anything needs to be done to ensure it meets our high standards. The most important thing to remember is that if the property is well maintained and comfortable the clients will re-book and recommend, which is the ultimate goal!

Management Packages - We provide a tailored service to suit any owner, starting with our standard Bronze package and going through to our Gold package, or alternatively we can provide a package that most fits your needs. Whatever you need, from furnishing your home to building quotes, we are more than willing to assist.
